Here are some areas of improvement for the hotel: 1. Early check-in is not available even if the customer arrives an hour early, which can be inconvenient for guests who arrive early and would like to check in. 2. The hotel does not allow guests to leave their luggage at the hotel until the exact check-in hour, which can be inconvenient for guests who need to wait several hours before they can check in. 3. The hotel sends guests to a luggage storage facility that is a 5-minute walk away, which can be inconvenient and costly for guests who have just arrived from a long flight. 4. The rooms are very clean, but the floors are noisy and creak with every step, which can be disruptive to guests trying to rest. 5. The beds are comfortable, but they make a lot of noise when moved, which can be disruptive to guests trying to sleep. 6. The TV service only offers 5 channels, which can be limiting for guests who want to watch a variety of programs. 7. The hotel staff could improve their customer service skills by greeting guests and providing information when they enter the hotel.
